Bag storage service
A secure bag storage service is available under the tent set up for this purpose in the Parc des Bastions, near the Escaladexpo. Only one bag per participant will be accepted. This service is offered subject to the spaces available. In addition, the organizer declines all responsibility in case of theft. The service is available on Saturday from 11:00 to 22:00 and on
Sundays from 12:00 to 17:30.
Walkers in particular will find their bags there at the finish. No bag should be left unsupervised.
The cloakrooms are at the Collège Calvin (where Rue Ferdinand-Hodler begins) a five-minute walk from the starting area. They will be regularly monitored, but we cannot guarantee absolute security and do not accept any responsibility for stolen or missing items.
The cloakrooms at Collège Calvin will be open on Saturday from 10:00 until 21:00 and
Sunday from 8h30 until 19h00.
After the race, Jérôme Bachelard‘s team will be waiting for you at Calvin College to soothe your calf muscles. Showers will be available on site. Saturdays from 12:00 to 19:00 and on Sundays from 12:00 to 18:30.
Team Physio will also be giving massages in the basement of Uni-Dufour. Saturdays from 12:00 to 19:00 and on Sundays from 13:00 to 17:30.
On the weekend of our event, Geneva Red Cross employees will provide excellent child care until their parents come to pick them up. All children must be brought to the Chaperon Rouge, tent, located on top of the Children’s Village.
The child care centre’s hours of operation are:
Saturday from 11:00 until 19:30 and
Sunday from 10:00 until 16:45.
You may keep your bib after your race. It will entitle you to two movie ticket for CHF 13.- each at cinéma Pathé Balexert de Genève. Read more
Relive your Escalade Race! Your entire race will be recorded on iRewind cameras. You can download your clip for free on the (“Results”) website and share it on social networks. This service is provided by MIGROS and UBS.
As is our tradition, you will receive a souvenir prize as a reward for your efforts. The prize is illustrated by the artist for the 42nd Edition Peggy Adam and you will receive it as soon as you cross the finish line.
You will receive an SMS with your time and ranking by registering on the start lists next to your name.
Swiss residents will receive their photo taken during the race at their home address. There is no obligation to purchase. You can also review the photos taken by our volunteer photographers online under « Photos et videos ».
