Exclusive Offer for companies

The Corporate Area is a space dedicated to companies participating in the Course de l’Escalade.
It is a venue designed to provide a sporting and social experience for your employees and their families (whether or not they are participating in the Course de l’Escalade).

An ideal concept for bringing your runners together and fostering a sense of community.

Open on Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Registrations

Heated space close to the starting line

A spacious, heated area located near the starting line.

Brunch & unlimited drinks

All-day self-service hot and cold buffet. Lactose-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian options available.

Massage & recovery

A relaxation area and a recovery zone await your runners. Six professional massage therapists are on hand to pamper them.

Changing rooms, restrooms & secure lockers

Changing areas are available. Restrooms on site (no showers). 300 individual, secure lockers where you can store your belongings during the race.

Animations

A photo wall featuring the race’s colors and souvenir photos taken by a professional photographer. Giant screens for watching the races live.

Personalised stand

You can have a reception desk decorated in your own colors and manage the reception of your guests yourself. Requirement: a minimum of 25 registered guests.

Company rankings

Participation in the company rankings and submission of results after the race.

1 booking = 1 race bib reserved

The number of access passes ordered corresponds to the number of race bibs reserved (valid through September 14, 2026). The cost of the race bibs is not included in the Corporate Area package.

What is not included:

Race bibs for the Course de l’Escalade (registration for the Course de l’Escalade will take place, as usual, on the dedicated platform, starting September 14, 2026)

Terms and Conditions

Registration for the Corporate Area

Registration: minimum of 6 people per company.
Registration deadline: Friday, November 20, 2026.
Limited availability (first come, first served).
By ordering access passes for the Corporate Area, the same number of race bibs is guaranteed for your company (registration for the Course de l’Escalade opens on September 14, 2026). Offer valid until September 14, 2026.

Access to the Corporate Area

Access to the Corporate Area is granted upon presentation of wristbands.
When you register, you order a certain number of passes. One pass = one wristband.
The wristbands will be sent to you once registration is complete and at least two weeks before the event.
The wristbands are personal and non-transferable. They are not personalized and must be distributed by you.

Organization and Follow-Up

After registration, a representative from the Course de l’Escalade will contact you to confirm your order and the number of access passes requested.
You will receive an invoice, and you are responsible for distributing the wristbands. You are also responsible for providing the necessary information to your group.
