Nutrition advices 5: Food and drinks for sport

Do we have to eat and drink during sports sessions? Is it necessary to carry a bottle or to put gels or « sucre de raisins » tablets in our pocket when we go out running? Are our needs the same during an easy jog or during a high intensity intermittent training on the track? What, how much and when do we have to eat?
